What sets SunEd High apart from traditional schools or other programs is our unique academic model. Your SunEd High experience begins in our Transition Lab. Here we will assess your needs and individual abilities to create a customized graduation plan designed just for you.
SunEd High is a tuition-free public charter school providing all students ages 15 – 21 the ability to earn a real high school diploma and NOT a GED. We are an alternative high school for students that do not fit within the “box” of a traditional high school. Our flexible class hours and state-of-the-art computer-based curriculum are designed to each students individual needs. Our highly trained, motivated and qualified teachers offer one-on-one mentoring. SunEd’s Career Counselors will help our students with job placement and college planning.

It’s hard for you to finish high school if you ‘re falling behind in credits. SunEd High can help you catch up on your credits so you can graduate on time. Our dedicated staff will help plan your curriculum so you can graduate as quickly as possible. Our first priority is making sure you receive your state-recognized high school diploma. NOT a GED! SunEd High will provide flexible schedules and an individualized curriculum for
those students who have family obligations during the day. SunEd High provides morning and afternoon sessions. Work at your own pace.
SunEd High provides a safe environment and dedicated teachers you can depend
on and look up to. Had trouble with the law, school suspensions, truancy or even explusions,
then SunEd High is the place for you. You’ll get a fresh start and a second chance.
